Product Warranty

Our customers love our products, and we want to make sure that never changes. That is why Lil Tracker proudly offers limited warranty coverage on eligible products purchased from LilTracker.com.

Our warranty is designed to cover eligible defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, liquid exposure, impact, normal wear and tear, or other circumstances described below.

GPS Tracking Device Warranty

New Lil Tracker GPS tracking devices purchased from LilTracker.com include a one-year limited warranty against eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.

Open-box GPS tracking devices include a six-month limited warranty against eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.

This warranty does not cover liquid damage, impact damage, cracked screens, physical or cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, lost or stolen devices, or damage caused by repairs, modifications, or tampering.

Accessory Warranty

Accessories are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against eligible defects in materials or workmanship. This includes items such as charging cables, charging docks, replacement bands, and similar accessories.

The accessory warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, pulling, bending, liquid exposure, pet damage, installation damage, or cosmetic damage that occurs after use.

Tempered glass screen protectors are not covered after they have been installed, used, scratched, cracked, or removed from their protective backing. If a screen protector arrives damaged or defective, please contact us before installing or using it.

What Is Not Covered

Unless coverage is otherwise required by applicable law, the Lil Tracker limited warranty does not cover:

  • Liquid damage, water exposure, or corrosion
  • Impact damage, drops, cracked screens, or broken parts caused by external force
  • Physical or cosmetic damage that occurs after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper charging, improper installation, or use contrary to product instructions
  • Damage caused by pets, chewing, pulling, bending, or rough handling
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
  • Installed, used, scratched, or cracked tempered glass screen protectors

This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights that may apply under federal, state, provincial, national, or local law.

Water Resistance and IP67 Protection

Some Lil Tracker devices are designed with IP67-rated water resistance, but IP67 protection does not mean that a device is waterproof.

Water resistance is tested under controlled conditions and may decrease over time because of wear, impact, charging-contact damage, improper handling, or normal use.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery at support@liltracker.com .

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If an item is used, installed, scratched, worn, or further damaged before the issue is reported, we may not be able to confirm that the issue was present at delivery. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us before using or installing any item that appears damaged or incorrect.

The requested reporting period does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies that apply by law.

Gifts and Warranty Eligibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Lil Tracker commercial limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable if the product is resold, given away after use, or transferred to another person.

If the product is purchased as a gift, the warranty can apply to the gift recipient as long as we are able to verify the original order. To help avoid confusion, please include the recipient’s name in the order notes at checkout or contact us within 7 days of delivery with the recipient’s name and the original order information.

Warranty claims for gifts may require the original order number, purchaser email address, or other proof of purchase so we can confirm eligibility.

Before Opening a Warranty Claim

Many issues can be resolved with a few quick troubleshooting steps. Before opening a warranty claim, please make sure the device has been fully charged, restarted, and tested with the correct app and SIM card settings.

If you are not sure what to try, contact us at support@liltracker.com . We are happy to help you troubleshoot before deciding whether a repair or replacement is needed.

How to Open a Warranty Claim

To open a warranty claim, please email support@liltracker.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Current shipping address
  • Product name and colour
  • A clear explanation of the problem
  • Photos, screenshots, or short videos, if helpful

If your claim is approved, we will provide the next steps for troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or return.

Important Notes

  • Please contact us before mailing any product back to Lil Tracker. Warranty returns may require authorization before they can be processed.
  • The commercial limited warranty applies to eligible Lil Tracker products purchased from LilTracker.com or an authorized seller.
  • Proof of purchase, including the original order number or receipt, may be required.
  • Verified gifts may qualify where the original purchase can be confirmed.
  • Accessories may have different warranty periods depending on the item and issue.
  • Approved warranty replacements are processed as quickly as possible once the claim has been reviewed and any required return instructions have been completed.
  • Shipping and return instructions will be provided after the claim has been reviewed.
  • Damage caused by a repair, modification, replacement part, or service performed by another party is not covered by this limited warranty. Merely using third-party service does not automatically exclude coverage for unrelated eligible defects where prohibited by law.

While we reserve the right to review warranty claims carefully to prevent misuse, we always aim to resolve valid warranty issues promptly and fairly.
