We want your Lil Tracker order to arrive quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. This page explains how we ship GPS tracker watches, GPS pendants, SIM cards, and accessories to customers in the United States and internationally.

LilTracker.com serves customers in the United States and many international destinations. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on the products in your order, the shipping address, and the shipping method selected.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Processing may include SIM card installation, device charging, basic testing, packaging, and preparing your order for shipment.
During busy periods, holidays, severe weather, customs delays, or carrier delays, processing and transit times may take longer than usual.
Shipping Carriers
We use a combination of carriers depending on the destination, shipping method, service availability, and order type.
The carrier used may vary depending on the shipping address, local delivery conditions, and the most reliable available service for that destination.
Shipping Options
Available shipping options are displayed at checkout. Depending on the order and destination, options may include:
- Standard Shipping: a reliable, cost-effective shipping option for most orders.
- Express Shipping: a faster shipping option when available for your destination.
- International Shipping: available to select countries and regions.
- Letter Mail: a lower-cost option that may appear for small accessories only.
Letter mail does not include tracking. Delivery times for letter mail are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking
Most orders, including watches, pendants, SIM cards shipped with devices, and larger accessories, are shipped with tracking whenever available.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout, when tracking is available.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery time begins after the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
Shipping Date vs. Delivery Date
The shipping date is the date your order leaves our facility. It is not the same as the delivery date.
For example, if checkout shows that an order is expected to ship tomorrow, that means the order is expected to leave our facility tomorrow. Delivery time is additional and depends on the carrier, shipping method, customs processing, and destination.
Important: carrier delivery estimates are calculated from the shipping date, not from the order date.
U.S. Orders and Import-Related Costs
For U.S. orders, Lil Tracker may ship orders DDP or otherwise pay duties, taxes, brokerage, customs clearance, or other import-related charges on the customer’s behalf.
When we pay these charges on the customer’s behalf, they are incurred when the order enters the United States. These import-related charges are not refundable if the customer chooses to return the order, unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
If a U.S. customer returns an order for reasons such as changing their mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, any duties, taxes, brokerage, customs clearance, or import-related charges paid by Lil Tracker may be deducted from the refund or excluded from the refundable amount.
International Orders
International shipping availability may vary by country. Customers outside the United States are responsible for checking whether the product can be imported, delivered, and used in their country before ordering.
International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage, customs clearance fees, VAT, import fees, or other charges assessed by their country or carrier. These charges are not always included in the checkout price unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customs authorities may inspect, delay, hold, reject, or return shipments. Lil Tracker is not responsible for customs delays or local import restrictions.
Cellular Compatibility Outside the United States
Lil Tracker GPS watches and pendants require compatible cellular service in the country where the device will be used.
For U.S. customers, Lil Tracker may offer or recommend a compatible U.S. SIM option. Customers outside the United States may need to use a compatible local SIM card or service provider in their country.
Before relying on the device, international customers should confirm local carrier compatibility, cellular coverage, SIM plan requirements, and device setup. Coverage and performance may vary by carrier, region, building type, and local network conditions.
International use: receiving the product does not guarantee that a specific local carrier, SIM card, or plan will support all device features.
PO Boxes, Rural Addresses, and Remote Areas
Some PO boxes, rural addresses, islands, military addresses, and remote areas may have fewer shipping options, longer delivery times, or higher delivery costs.
If a selected shipping method is not available for your address, we may contact you before shipping your order.
Remote-area delivery timelines are often less predictable, even when a tracked shipping method is used.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Lil Tracker is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, customs issues, or delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, customs issue, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package is with the carrier, transit time and delivery handling are outside of our direct control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us and we will help review the tracking information and next steps.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask for photos of the package, shipping label, product packaging, and damaged item so we can review the issue and assist with a solution.
Returns and Return Shipping
Shipping and returns are handled according to our return policy. Customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, the return is due to an error by Lil Tracker, or we have agreed otherwise in writing.
For eligible EU right-of-withdrawal returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, the return is due to our error, or we have agreed otherwise in writing.
