Refund policy

We want you to be confident when ordering from Lil Tracker. This page explains our standard return policy, which items are eligible for return, how to start a return, and the additional rules that may apply to U.S. and EU orders.

30-Day Return Policy

Lil Tracker offers a 30-day return policy on eligible products. To qualify for a return, the item must be received by Lil Tracker within 30 days of delivery, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

To begin a return, you must contact us first and request a return authorization number. Returns sent without a return authorization number may be refused or delayed.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

Wait for return authorization and return instructions.
Package the item securely with all required accessories and components.
Ship the return using a tracked shipping method.
Once received, we will inspect the return and notify you regarding the refund.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, the return is due to an error by Lil Tracker, or we have agreed otherwise in writing.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Lil Tracker is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Refunds may be reduced if the item is returned damaged, incomplete, missing accessories, or not in acceptable condition.

5-Day Grace Period

If your return is received within 5 days after the 30-day return period, we may still accept the return at our discretion. Returns accepted during this grace period may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns received after the grace period may be refused and returned to the customer.

Items That Are Not Refundable

The following items are not refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the item is defective:

SIM cards and SIM card plans
SIM renewals and service renewals
Shipping charges, except where required by applicable law
Accessories that have been opened, used, damaged, or installed
Special order items
Products returned without all original components
Products damaged by water, impact, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair
Return Condition Requirements

Returned products must be in good condition and include the original accessories, packaging, manuals, and components originally included with the product.

Products may be refused, partially refunded, or subject to additional charges if they are returned damaged, missing parts, heavily used, altered, or not in acceptable resale condition.

The product must be clean and free of excessive wear.
All included accessories must be returned.
The product must not show signs of water damage, physical abuse, or unauthorized repair.
The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Devices Taken Outside the Country of Delivery

Lil Tracker devices are intended for use in the country to which they are shipped. Taking a device outside the country of delivery may affect SIM service, cellular compatibility, troubleshooting, warranty support, and eligibility under our standard return policy.

Devices that have been taken outside the country they were originally shipped to may not qualify for return or refund under our standard return policy.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply by law, including EU withdrawal rights where applicable.

U.S. Orders and Import-Related Costs

For U.S. orders, Lil Tracker may ship orders DDP or otherwise pay duties, taxes, brokerage, customs clearance, or other import-related charges on the customer’s behalf.

These import-related charges are incurred when the order enters the United States and are not refundable if the customer chooses to return the order, unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

If a U.S. customer returns an order for reasons such as changing their mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, any duties, taxes, brokerage, customs clearance, or import-related charges paid by Lil Tracker may be deducted from the refund or excluded from the refundable amount.

EU Right of Withdrawal

This section applies only to eligible consumer purchases shipped to customers in the European Union, where the EU right of withdrawal applies.

Eligible EU consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, the customer must notify Lil Tracker within 14 days of delivery.

After notifying Lil Tracker of the withdrawal, the customer must send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date they notified us of their withdrawal.

Return shipping for EU withdrawals

For EU right-of-withdrawal returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, the return is due to our error, or we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Refunds for EU withdrawals

Where the EU right of withdrawal applies, Lil Tracker will refund the product price and the original standard outbound delivery cost, where required by law. If the customer selected a more expensive shipping option than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional upgraded shipping cost may not be refundable.

Lil Tracker may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit mandatory consumer rights that apply by law.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos, videos, troubleshooting information, or other details so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

If the return is approved because of a confirmed defect or an error by Lil Tracker, we will provide instructions and may cover the return shipping cost where appropriate.
